I’m officially ‘peaking’ in my Marathon training. For the non-runners: peaking refers to the fact that my mileage this week is as high as it will be for this cycle. With 38 total miles on the running menu (13 run so far) and 3 days of CrossFit, I’m both physically and mentally exhausted. So instead of bombarding you with several craptastic posts, I’ll only bombard you with this one. 🙂 Thankfully this is the final upward push before I taper. I definitely suffered from taper madness while training for my first marathon, so I’m fully expecting it this time. Maybe blogging will keep me sane?
